About the Role

A newly opened senior nursing leadership position at a hospital in Missoula, MT. The Director (RN) of Surgical Services will provide executive-level clinical and operational leadership for the surgical services department, including perioperative and post-surgical care. This role requires a seasoned surgical RN leader who can drive best-practice standards, mentor staff, and champion high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current (or eligible) Montana RN license required
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Surgical Services RN in a Manager or Director-level leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA) strongly preferred

Nice to Have

• BLS certification upon hire; PALS and ACLS within 6 months of start date
