Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks) | Night Shift | 4x12-Hour Shifts | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5–7
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical findings using Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Adhere to unit protocols, attendance expectations, and facility compliance standards
Required Qualifications- Active RN license in West Virginia or a Compact state (pending license accepted at time of submittal)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR
- Permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility (75–100 miles considered on a case-by-case basis)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience working in a high-acuity Medical Surgical environment
