Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical in Natchez, MS

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner within the facility's EMR system
• Adhere to facility dress code, including required royal blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Mississippi
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Familiarity with hospital-based electronic medical record (EMR) systems
