Travel RN – Neuro Med/Surg (Night Shift)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: July 20, 2026

• Provide direct patient care on a 30-bed Neuro Med/Surg unit using a team nursing approach
• Maintain patient ratios of 6–7:1 in collaboration with unit technicians and charge nurse support
• Perform hourly safety rounds and conduct bedside shift report with patients
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
• Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with permanent hospital staff, meeting a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period
• Float to like units as staffing needs dictate per facility floating policy

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (can be obtained at facility if not already held)
• Ability to adhere to facility scheduling requirements, including weekend and holiday rotation

• Prior experience in a Neuro or Med/Surg clinical setting
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic health records system
• Experience working in a trauma or stroke-certified facility
