Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in an acute care setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be valid in the state of Utah or through Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in acute care environments
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical teams
