Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Full-Time | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to medical patients in a Med-Surg unit setting during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Accurately document patient information and clinical findings using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including black scrubs
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing role
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-acuity or fast-paced Med-Surg environment
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into an established unit team
