Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit serving a general medical patient population
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in alignment with unit protocols
Document patient information accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including black scrubs
Required Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum 2+ years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a fast-paced acute care or hospital-based Medical Surgical setting
Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system
