Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit with a focus on surgical patient populations
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (navy scrubs)
• Complete required learning modules prior to the start of the assignment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days — no hits on state license to practice
• Minimum of 24 months of Medical/Surgical experience, with experience within the last 12 months (required)
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Med/Surg skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency
• Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments is a strong advantage
• Experience working in a facility utilizing advanced electronic health records
