Key Responsibilities
As a MedSurg Registered Nurse, you will:
  • Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions
  • Monitor patient status, administer medications, and manage IV therapies
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care continuously
  • Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities
  • Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Active RN license in the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
  • BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
  • MedSurg or acute care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and multitasking skills
