Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients in an inpatient setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient condition, reporting changes to the care team as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing environment
- Ability to work night shift hours (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to meet and maintain facility performance expectations throughout the duration of the contract
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience caring for a diverse adult patient population in a fast-paced inpatient setting
