Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical/surgical patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg- Active RN license in the state of Illinois
- BLS certification
- Previous experience in Med Surg nursing preferred
