Key Responsibilities- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
- Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all patient care decisions
- Document and chart patient care activities accurately within the facility's EMR system
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years, with charting system documented for each position in work history
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS)
- Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as an employee in a comparable role
- Firm start date with no time off requests (RTO) permitted
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
