    Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Flexible Day Shift)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform a variety of nursing care procedures requiring professional knowledge and consideration of specific patient conditions and treatments
    • Work independently in completing assignments in accordance with physician orders, standards of care, and nursing policies and procedures
    • Provide nursing support to individuals of all ages and their families across inpatient and outpatient settings
    • Adhere to hospital policies and nursing procedures manuals in all aspects of patient care delivery
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in an acute or sub-acute facility
    • Valid, current, full, and unrestricted Registered Nurse license to practice in any U.S. state, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
    • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
    • Completion of Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire
    • Completion of NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within six months of hire
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a referral or regional health center serving diverse patient populations
    • Familiarity with comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care environments including emergency, surgical, and specialty services
