Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or a compact state license
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care hospital environment
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
