Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification
• Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care hospital environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
