Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during overnight shifts
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of California
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts on a consistent weekly schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care hospital environment
- Familiarity with post-acute or rehab patient populations
