Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 Hours (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on Medical Surgical units during night shift hours
• Float between Medical Surgical units as needed based on staffing and census demands
• Deliver care in alignment with facility protocols, maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Complete required orientation modules during scheduled orientation period
• Support higher-acuity PCU-level patients if qualified and applicable

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in-hand prior to start
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
• Nursys verification required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health records system strongly preferred
• PCU-level experience and ability to support higher-acuity patients a plus
