Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg
Provide compassionate care to patients on a Med Surg unit
Assess patient needs and develop care plans
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient outcomes
Document patient progress and communicate changes to the team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg
Current RN license in Massachusetts
BLS certification required
Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience preferred
