Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week | 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Arizona
• Current BLS certification
• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical nursing environment
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts including weekends and holidays as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care hospital setting
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
