EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Years of experience REQ: 18 months MICU experience required; 2 years preferred.
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y
 

Certs REQ: AHA or Red CrossBLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) – N

Pending License accepted: (Y/N) N
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.
 

Special Requirements: EPIC experience.

SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
