Patient ratios are maintained at 1:3-4 couplets to ensure focused attention. Common equipment includes Alaris pumps and bilirubin blankets/lights. The electronic medical record system utilized is Cerner. The unit seeks team players who are passionate about teaching. Candidates should have experience caring for patients on Magnesium Sulfate post-delivery. Floating to Labor and Delivery and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit may be required.
