- High-risk obstetric care experience
- Experience with Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Pitocin, and Foley catheters
- Experience in managing postpartum hemorrhage
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Description:
This position involves providing care for postpartum patients following delivery.
The facility handles a high volume of diverse obstetric patients, including those with high-risk pregnancies.
The standard patient ratio consists of four couplets per nurse.
Nurses will be required to float to multiple campuses as necessary.
Experience includes managing patients with substance withdrawal and using EPIC for documentation.
Nurses are expected to provide quality care and support in a busy environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort during recovery.
Candidates must have a commitment to working weekends and three of five major holidays during the contract period.
References will be required from previous employers covering work experience within the last three years.
