**Join Our Dynamic Maternity Care Team!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** - 9 Labor, Delivery, Recovery (LDR) - 8 Postpartum/Gynecology (PP/GYN) - 2 Operating Room (OR) suites - 23 Wellborn nursery - **Number of Staff:** 50+ - **Types of Staff:** - Day Shift: Director, Manager, Couplet nurses, Birth response nurse, L&D nurses, Scrub Tech - Night Shift: Clinical coordinator or charge nurse, Birth response, couplet, L&D nurses, Scrub Tech - **Patient Ratios:** - 3 couplets/1 nurse - L&D = 1:1 for active labor/Pitocin/epidural - **Type of Equipment:** Corometrics - **Electronic Medical Records (EMR):** Centricity Perinatal & Meditech - **Hiring Profile:** - **Must Have:** - OB experience - BLS, ACLS, NRP & AWHONN certifications - **Preferred:** - Experience with cesarean sections (circulator, 1st assist, scrub) - **Typical Procedures:** - Labor & Delivery - Cesarean sections - Post-partum & newborn care - OBED triage, inductions, midwives - **Best Personality Fit:** - Energetic and self-directed individuals - **Floating Areas:** - Within the unit only; no floating to other areas of the facility - **Dress Code:** - Scrubs provided - **Work Schedule:** - 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule - Days: Saturday & Sunday - Nights: Friday & Saturday - No on-call requirement for travel staff, with opportunities for extra shifts - **Years of Experience:** - Minimum 2 years required --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
