The nurse will work in a high volume facility with diverse and high-risk obstetric patients. Responsibilities include treatment and support of postpartum patients following delivery. Candidates must have experience in high-risk obstetric care and be able to handle high census surges. The ability to float to different units may be required. Candidates will be expected to manage a maximum of four couplets. Experience with specific procedures, such as magnesium sulfate therapy and Pitocin administration, is necessary.
