Travel Nurse RN - Mother Baby - $2,253 per week in Issaquah, WA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of experience required License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, NRP Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Patient ratio experience - Charting system experience: Epic Description: 2 years of experience required. This position does not accept first-time travelers. Floating may be required to NICU or L&D. Weekends will be required to meet staffing needs. Unit primarily involves postpartum vaginal or cesarean deliveries, tubal ligation, and circumcision. GYN surgeries, couplet care, low-risk antepartum, and transition nursery are included in unit responsibilities. Responsibilities include blood/blood products administration, managing drains, epidural pumps, PCA pumps, syringe pumps, wound vacs, heparin, insulin, and magnesium sulfate. The role entails OB-GYN, post-operative care, and care following vaginal delivery. Postpartum re-admission and normal newborn care including thermoregulation and glucose management are essential tasks. Candidates must be willing to float to sister facilities if required.
