Travel Nurse RN - Mother Baby - $2,428 per week in Neptune, NJ

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Mother Baby Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Mother Baby experience required License: NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license Certifications: BLS must be AHA, NRP, AWHONN-Advanced or C-EFM certification preferred Must-Have: Mother Baby couplet care Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient needs. Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Develops, implements, and coordinates individualized plans of care for assigned patients through initial and ongoing assessments. Initiates assessment based on patient problems or needs, physician medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework. Performs therapeutic nursing interventions. Manages care of patients. Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities. Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports the adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery. Provides patient-centric care in alignment with the professional nursing practice model. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. Schedule includes every other weekend and three out of six holidays. No on-call or float requirements.
