**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse in Mother-Baby Care!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients and assisting physicians in delivering exceptional care. - Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to meet each patient’s individual needs. - Identify patient requirements and set care priorities through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Develop, implement, and coordinate personalized care plans for your assigned patients, utilizing initial and ongoing assessments. - Initiate assessments based on patient issues, physician diagnosis, and functional health frameworks. - Perform therapeutic interventions to enhance patient well-being. - Manage comprehensive care for your patients, ensuring a holistic approach to nursing. - Document care in alignment with established standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based practice standards and encourage the adoption of innovative care delivery techniques. - Provide patient-centered care that aligns with our professional nursing practice model. - Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team's mission. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Mother-Baby care. **Education Requirements:** - Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN). - Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). **Certifications & Licensure:** - Required: - Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association. - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). - New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - AWHONN-Advanced or C-EFM certification (required for specific facilities). **Languages:** - Proficiency in English (Read, Write, Speak). **Schedule Notes:** - Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 shifts per week. - Every other weekend required. - 3 out of 6 holidays required. - No on-call or float requirements. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
