Travel Nurse RN - Mother Baby - $2,560 per week in Neptune, NJ

The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. -Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs. -Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. -Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments. -Initiates assessment based on the patient’s problems or needs, the physician’s medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework. -Performs therapeutic nursing interventions. -Manages care of patients. -Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities. -Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery. -Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model. -Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. More postpartum Nursing rather than Labor and delivery Preferably Minimum 3+ years of Mother baby experience required. Preferred Years of Experience: 5 Required Hard Skills: Labor and Delivery, OR, Postpartum, Antepartum Required Soft Skills: Newborn Required Certifications & Licensure: -BLS must be AHA. -NRP -NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. -AWHONN-Advanced or C-EFM is a required certification for all HMH facilities except JSUMC. 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 3 x 12 Every Other Weekend Required 3 out of 6 Holidays Required No On-Call Requirement No Float Requirement Preferred Years of Experience: 5 Required Hard Skills: Labor and Delivery, OR, Postpartum, Antepartum Required Soft Skills: Newborn Required Licenses & Certifications BLS, ACLS, NRP More postpartum Nursing rather than Labor and delivery Preferably Scrubs provided - Navy Blue
