Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, specifically in a Level III NICU. The shift for this position is overnight, from 19:00 to 07:00, with guaranteed hours totaling 36 per week. Patients will be cared for in a unit with a total of 7 beds. The patient ratios will be maintained at 2:3. Self-scheduling will be utilized for managing work hours. Candidates are required to have strong teamwork skills. Proficiency in Meditech is preferred. The dress code includes royal blue and/or white scrubs and policies on grooming and body art. Candidates must follow attendance policies and floating guidelines as outlined.
