Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care- Manage and provide care for infants on mechanical ventilators
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for intubations and eye exam assistance
- Perform feeding tube and IV insertions with precision
- Monitor patient ratios and ensure quality care (1:2 or 1:3 ratios)
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records using Centricity Perinatal and Meditech
Requirements of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care- Valid CPR and NRP certifications
- Experience with ventilator management for 23-40+ week gestation infants
- Proficiency with oscillators and Vapotherm equipment
