Job Title: RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care - Travel

Location: Ogden, UT

Pay: $1,874.88 weekly

Shifts: 1 day shift (0500-1700), 1 night shift (1700-0500)

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in NICU for a travel assignment in Ogden, UT. This role involves working in a Level III NICU environment, providing care in a 17-bed unit with capacity to expand to 22 beds. The assignment offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with experienced RN colleagues.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care - Travel
  • Provide care in a Level III NICU with a patient ratio of 1:3 for feeder grower and 1:2 for higher acuity
  • Assist in neonatal-specific procedures and exams, including ROP exams and bedside intubation
  • Manage IV placement, neonatal abstinence scoring, and hypoglycemia
  • Respond to emergencies including code response
  • Maintain documentation using Meditech and paper flow sheets
  • Engage with families during stressful hospitalizations and inform parents about care progress

Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care - Travel
  • RN License with BLS, NRP, STABLE, and PALS certifications
  • Preferably 1 year of NICU experience with Level III experience
  • Advanced skills in IV placement and emergency response
