Key Responsibilities of the RN - Neonatal ICU

Provide specialized care to neonatal patients with varied acuities
Monitor and manage advanced life-support equipment and intricate procedures
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Utilize EPIC for effective electronic medical recording management
Perform bedside procedures in collaboration with providers

Requirements of the RN - Neonatal ICU

RN License: BLS, NRP certifications
Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience
Experience with EPIC, EVDs, ventilator and trach management
Strong competency in critical care vasoactive drip titration
