Pay: $1,910.16 per week

Shifts: 0645-1915 and 1845-0715

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) to join a dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This is a travel assignment that requires strong Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience, with the ability to work in a high acuity, fast-paced environment. You will be working in a supportive and comprehensive care setting, with access to advanced technology and resources.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

Deliver compassionate care to neonatal patients with a variety of medical needs
Manage respiratory and cardiac conditions in neonates
Handle complex neuro and musculoskeletal conditions
Maintain expertise in EPIC, EVDs, ICP monitoring, and critical care drip titration
Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
Adapt to various patient ratios based on acuity

Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

Current RN license
2 years of Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience
BLS and NRP certifications
Experience with EPIC and critical care procedures
