**Join Our Dynamic NICU Team as a Travel RN!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Details:** - Work in a cutting-edge 26-bed Level 3 NICU. - Be part of an amazing team of 48 dedicated professionals. - Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. - **Shift Structure:** - One charge nurse, 6-7 RNs, and half a PCT on night shifts. - Patient ratios: 1:1 to 1:3 based on acuity, ensuring quality care. - **Equipment Used:** - Experience with Oscillator, Drager, NAVA, BCPAP, HHNC, Therapeutic Hypothermia, and Surgery. - **Charting Systems:** - Utilize Isoprime (Neonatal Notes Manager) for clinical documentation. - Manage lab results and orders through Meditech. - **Weekend Commitment:** - 4 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling cycle. - No on-call requirements. - **Essential Skills & Qualifications:** - **Required:** - Proficient in caring for central lines and daily fluid changes. - Experience with noninvasive ventilation (NIV): BCPAP, NAVA. - Skilled in managing post-surgery infants with ostomies and Broviac catheters. - **Preferred:** - Experienced in invasive ventilation. - **Procedures Performed:** - Assisting in bedside surgery (GI). - Central line placement assistance. - Chest tube insertion. - **Ideal Candidate:** - Strong communication skills with parents. - Team player willing to collaborate and support colleagues. - **Certifications Required:** - NRP and STABLE. - **Dress Code:** - Navy Blue scrubs. - Compliance with bare below the elbows policy. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
