Key Responsibilities of the NICU RN
Provide specialized care for newborns in a Level III NICU environment
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Adhere to established protocols and procedures in neonatal care
Perform necessary procedures and interventions as required
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
Requirements of the NICU RN
Active NRP certification
Minimum of 2 years Level III or higher NICU experience
Stable and NIC-RNC certifications preferred
