Key Responsibilities of the NICU RN- Deliver high-quality care to infants in a Level III NICU setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for neonatal care
- Maintain comprehensive patient records using Cerner EMR
- Engage in continuous communication with parents and guardians
Requirements of the NICU RN- Valid NRP certification
- Level III NICU experience preferred
- Stable and NIC-RNC certifications preferred
