Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel opportunity for an experienced Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) in Lone Tree, Colorado. This contract offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,100, based on three 12-hour night shifts per week, providing an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of newborns in a supportive and technologically advanced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel NICU RN:

Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill or premature newborns
Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and response to treatment with precision and care
Administer medications, IV fluids, and specialized nutrition as prescribed
Operate advanced neonatal equipment, including ventilators and incubators
Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Support and educate parents throughout the NICU journey, fostering understanding and comfort
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control and safety protocols

Requirements of the Travel NICU RN:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Colorado or compact state)
BLS and NRP certifications required.
Minimum of 2 years of recent NICU experience in a Level III or IV setting
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills
