- **Number of Beds:** 42
- **Number of Staff:** 100
- **Staff Composition:**
- 1 CNC, 14-17 RNs, 1 unit coordinator
- **Patient Ratios:**
- 2:1, 1:1
- **Equipment:**
- Incubators, radiant warmers, continuous cardiorespiratory monitoring, High Frequency Oscillating Ventilation, Jet Ventilation, Servo ventilation, tracheostomy, high-flow nasal cannula, NIPPV, central lines, PIVs, Foley catheters, titrated medications, continuous medications, intermittent IV/PO medications, chest tubes, Arctic Sun.
- **EMR:**
- Neonatal Notes Manager, Meditech
- **Typical Hiring Profile:**
- **Must-Have Skills:**
- Minimum 1-year current acute care NICU Level IV Hospital experience
- BLS, NRP & PALS certification
- Level IV NICU experience required
- **Preferred Skills:**
- PICU experience for floating
- Post-surgical care experience
- **Typical Procedures Performed:**
- Intubation
- Central line placement
- PIV insertion
- Therapeutic hypothermia
- Lab draws
- Sepsis screening
- Gastric tube placement
- Circumcisions
- ROP exams
