Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – NICU – Colorado

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Night Shift). Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 3:1 based on acuity.

Highlights:

• Level III NICU with 17 beds serving critically ill neonatal patients
• Advanced equipment including Phillips monitors, Giraffe isolettes, Hamilton ventilators, RAM cannula, and Baxter IV pumps
• EMR systems: Meditech and CPN
• Collaborative care model working closely with Neonatologists, Nurse Practitioners, and multidisciplinary team
• Comprehensive procedures including UAC/UVC insertion and intubation support

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Colorado or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Level III NICU hospital experience required
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work autonomously
• Preferred: Delivery room experience, NICU/PICU background, and PALS certification
