Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – Texas

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Plano, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule; No on-call required

Highlights:

• 41-bed Level II-III NICU with collaborative team of 60+ nursing professionals
• Patient ratios typically range from 1:1 to 1:3, ensuring safe and quality patient care
• Advanced technology including HFOV, conventional ventilators, CPAP, NIPPV, and central line management
• Experience with micropremie care, respiratory support, and surgical patients (excluding cardiac and neurosurgical cases)
• Electronic medical records utilizing CPN and Meditech systems
• May float to nursery as needed

Requirements:

• Current Texas RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Minimum Level II-III NICU experience required
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Level III-IV NICU experience strongly preferred
• Experience with ostomy care, high-frequency ventilation, and critically ill neonates
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
