Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Seasonal Travel Assignment

• Level IV NICU with 42 beds serving a diverse, high-acuity neonatal population
• Patient ratios of 2:1 or 1:1 depending on acuity
• Advanced equipment including High Frequency Oscillating Ventilation, Jet Ventilation, Servo ventilation, tracheostomy care, and therapeutic hypothermia capabilities
• EMR systems: Neonatal Notes Manager and Meditech
• Exposure to complex procedures including intubation, central line placement, PIV insertion, and post-surgical care
• Collaborative team environment with daily learning opportunities during rounds

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current Level IV NICU hospital experience required
• Current RN licensure
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• PICU experience and post-surgical care experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to maintain emotional regulation in high-acuity environments
• Professional demeanor with accountability and reliability
