We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) with NICU experience to join a nationally recognized Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Austin, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment and are passionate about caring for critically ill newborns.
Unit HighlightsThis Level IV NICU provides care for some of the most complex neonatal patients, including:
Therapeutic Hypothermia (HIE)
Premature infants (VLBW/ELBW)
Congenital Heart Defects
Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia
Surgical Neonates
Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD)
Arrhythmias
Renal Failure
Complex Congenital Birth Defects
Patient Population: Neonates through 1 year of age, with occasional patients older than 1 year.
