The nurse will be responsible for providing care to critically ill newborns. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and quality care. The nurse will work in a unit that has a 2:3 patient ratio. Experience with specific equipment such as BCPAP and HFNCP is preferred. The documentation system used will be Meditech and CPNS. The dress code mandates royal blue and/or white scrubs. Nail policies require clean and healthy nails with no artificial nails. Hair should be neat and clean, with no extreme styles or colors. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. Tattoos should be covered whenever possible. Candidates must be team players and possess experience with Meditech. The attendance policy will be followed consistently.
