**Exciting Travel Opportunity: RN - NICU - Night Shift!**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic NICU unit with a total of 42 beds and a dedicated team of 70 staff members.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment with:
- Day Shift: 1 CNC, 11-13 RNs, 1 unit coordinator
- Night Shift: 1 CNC, 11-13 RNs, 1 unit coordinator
- Experience engaging patient ratios of 3:1 for personalized care.
- Utilize advanced equipment such as:
- Incubators
- NIPPV
- High-flow nasal cannula
- Low-flow nasal cannula
- PIVs
- Some Central Lines
- Gastric tubes
- Work with an Electronic Medical Record system: Neonatal Notes Manager.
**Ideal Candidates Will Have:**
- Minimum of 1 year of current acute care NICU experience.
- Valid BLS & NRP certifications.
- Experience in Level III NICU settings.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Pediatric experience.
- Prior Meditech experience.
**Typical Procedures Performed:**
- Circumcisions.
- ROP exams.
