Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; Patient ratios of 2:1 or 1:1 depending on acuity

Highlights:

• 42-bed Level IV NICU with diverse, high-acuity neonatal population
• Advanced equipment including High Frequency Oscillating Ventilation, Jet Ventilation, therapeutic hypothermia (Arctic Sun), and continuous cardiorespiratory monitoring
• EMR systems: Neonatal Notes Manager and Meditech
• Exposure to complex procedures including intubation, central line placement, therapeutic hypothermia, and post-surgical care
• Travel nursing assignment with professional development opportunities in a high-volume, Level IV setting
• Collaborative team environment with approximately 100 clinical staff members

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care experience in a Level IV NICU hospital setting (required)
• Active RN license in Colorado or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
• PICU experience (preferred for cross-unit floating)
• Post-surgical neonatal care experience (preferred)
