Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, NICU – Colorado

Start Date: September 16, 2026

Location: Denver, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; 3:1 patient ratio in a 42-bed Level III NICU

Highlights:

• Level III NICU with 42 beds serving a diverse neonatal patient population
• State-of-the-art equipment including incubators, NIPPV, high-flow and low-flow nasal cannula, PIVs, central lines, and gastric tubes
• Electronic medical records system: Neonatal Notes Manager
• Collaborative nursing team with strong clinical and unit coordinator support on every shift
• Typical procedures include circumcisions and ROP exams
• Family-centered care model with emphasis on compassionate, evidence-based practice

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Colorado or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of current hospital-based NICU experience required
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• Level III NICU experience required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Compassionate, family-centered approach with flexibility and accountability
