Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU- Provide care for high-risk, critically ill preterm and term newborns requiring multi-system support measures
- Deliver exceptional care, collaborating with ancillary departments and parents
- Perform assessment/reassessment, IV therapy, and medication administration
- Manage NG/PO feedings, respiratory support, and central line maintenance
Requirements of the RN - NICU- Valid BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Level III NICU
- Proven skills in high-risk neonatal care
