Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

Provide specialized nursing care for premature and critically ill neonates
Manage trach, ventilators, chest tubes, and surgical drains
Interpret cardiac rhythms and implement critical drips
Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and room preparations in collaboration with team
Utilize EPIC systems for thorough documentation and patient care management

Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

Valid Illinois Nursing License
BLS and NRP certifications
2 years of Level III or IV NICU experience
EPIC experience required
