Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care - Travel- Provide direct patient care to critically ill neonates
- Administer medications and manage ventilators
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individual patient care plans
- Perform specialized NICU procedures including respiratory support and MicroPremie care
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care - Travel- BLS and NRP certifications
- Level II-III NICU experience
- Preferred Level III-IV experience
- Teamwork oriented with excellent communication skills
