Schedule: 37.5 hours per week; every other weekend required; flexibility to float between units as needed

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey or Compact State RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1.5 years of documented NICU Level III and PICU experience
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP, and PALS
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system required
• Clinical competencies include: A-line management, central line care, UAC/UVC, IV vasopressors, ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP), dysrhythmia interpretation, gavage feedings, NG/NJ tube placement, and Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome management
• Ability to work one of two or two of three winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
• Flexibility to float between units without exception
